Welcome, and thank you for considering Redi Technology, Inc. The movement toward sustainability is gaining momentum. Along with increased awareness of the impacts of single-use containers and packaging, legislative efforts to reduce the use and waste of single-use containers and packaging has begun. These efforts are not only in the US, but around the globe as well, from France to South Korea to Canada and Singapore. This trend has already marked a pivotal shift in consumer behavior with supermarket bags, water bottles, and refillable home goods. Redi Technology, Inc. is here to help spread the shift to reusable containers as well.
The escalating crisis of single-use container waste, from coffee cups to takeout containers, represents a significant environmental challenge and an opportunity for innovation. Starting with our first product, RediUV, Redi Technology, Inc. has developed technology for a full product line that offers sustainable, cost-saving alternatives to single-use items, laying the foundation for "profitable sustainability" in the green solutions market.
RediUV was developed to address the excessive waste from the 50 billion coffee cups discarded annually in the U.S. This innovative product promotes the use of reusable cups through efficient sanitization, addressing the environmental and financial costs of single-use cup consumption.
Our primary competition lies in single-use cups and the challenge of altering consumer habits. RediUV presents a sustainable and economically viable alternative, overcoming the cost barriers typically associated with green initiatives through "profitable sustainability."
RediUV is an innovative solution to combat single-use cup waste, encouraging customers to bring their own cups for sanitization at the point of purchase. This system not only addresses germ transfer concerns but also promotes environmental responsibility.
Showcasing the ease and efficiency of RediUV at Tandem Coffee Roasters, highlighting its seamless integration into the café workflow and customer experience, and the effectiveness of the pass-through design as a "germ barrier." Customers simply put their cup into RediUV to initiate the sanitization cycle. Once sanitized, the system opens to the other side, ensuring only the employee has access to remove the sanitized cup.
RediUV empowers café owners to reduce their dependence on single-use cups, announcing their commitment to sustainability without compromising on convenience or hygiene. The system also enhances customer loyalty through integrated rewards. Most importantly, the café saves the cost of a single-use cup each time a customer brings their own reusable cup.
With a subscription model, the more customers that bring their own cup, the more the money the café saves, easily offsetting the cost of the RediUV system. The estimated $325 COGS is covered by the subscription cost in just 5 months, and with an estimated life of 3 years, each RediUV system will generate revenue of over 8x the COGS.
Larger coffee chains, like Starbucks, prefer a capital investment in equipment to integrate RediUV into thousands of locations. Direct sales of the system to these chains will generate revenue of over 3x the COGS.
Partnering with reusable cup programs that provide sustainable solutions at large events provides the opportunity to reuse cups for refills instead of providing a new cup each time. This lowers the cost as less cups are needed to be supplied and less resources used by washing fewer cups. A cycle charge for using the RediUV system will provide revenue to Redi while saving our partners money.

Our initial focus targets independent cafés, a strategic move to fine-tune and broaden our product features and market strategy. This will stimulate market demand, leveraging the growing trend of reusable cup adoption. As more consumers embrace this eco-friendly habit, we anticipate a natural increase in demand for RediUV, and the expansion to Starbucks and the other large coffee chains.
As RediUV gains market presence, we plan to introduce additional products and features, enhancing our revenue opportunities and further addressing the need for comprehensive container reuse solutions.
RediUV+ adds the ability to detect a unique barcode on each cup and cloud connectivity to integrate features for automatic ordering and payments, customer loyalty programs, notifications and reminders, and usage statistics.
RediRinse combines the benefits of UV sanitizing of the outer surfaces of the container with efficient washing of the interior surfaces to provide a solution to expand the market opportunity for reusable cups, as well as reach new market opportunities beyond just cups.

As you may be aware, Starbucks recently announced their continued commitment to increasing the use of personal reusable cups by allowing them to be used for mobile app and drive-thru orders. This presents a unique opportunity for RediUV to address their current hygiene and operational challenges, highlighting RediUV's market potential.
